The security latch, like the kind in hotel rooms, closed which prevented my daughter from entering her off campus JMU apartment. We called and James was there within 15 minutes! After a bit of work, this was an especially hard latch, he gained entry. He was friendly, professional and it was affordable for a Saturday call out. I would highly recommend using this company.

Dave literally saved our vacation! We stopped in Harrisonburg overnight on our trip from NH to Nashville, TN. Big time 5 stars. We had locked ourselves out of a very old historic home with very old locks. David came all the way down to Staunton on a Sunday afternoon to help us out! Super fast response time and an incredibly fair price. Had a fantastic experience with Late Night Locksmith. I was locked out of my home after 10pm and was searching for a late night locksmith online. Came across Late Night Locksmith and spoke with James. His location to mine was 35 to 40 minutes away. I told him let me try to find someone closer. Called a couple of place with no luck. After 20 minutes go by, James called me back to check to see if I found anyone to help me. When I said no, James said I'll be there. James drove 35 to 40 minutes to assist me! He got me inside my home in no time. Thank you, James for professional and being amazing at your job.

Had one of the guys come out to help my scatterbrain self retrieve a set of keys I had accidentally locked in my garage which had the garage key on the keys locked in there (lesson learned) His name was Justin or Jason, can’t remember which one, apologies, but he came out and unlocked the garage door within a minutes time… we also had a great talk about motorcycles. If anyone finds themselves in a sticky situation this company worked for me, just have to pay the price of the mistake

[Nickname used for review for confidentiality] Dog-sitting for family friends when a key mix-up regarding door instructions got lost in translation at a god-awful hour. I figured there'd be a hassle getting approval for the resident's proper documentation for security reasons while they were out of state but it was all a breeze as was his visit and fix, and the price was decent too. Thorough, quick, and professional. Don't know how competitive the prices are for the Harrisonburg market and everyone's experiences are unique, but do yourself a favor and use this company if you're locked out. Not sure about other services but on that alone it's stellar.

I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car while grabbing something from a convenience store in Harrisonburg and David really came through for me. Nobody likes having to call the locksmith, but Late Night Lockouts was super quick to respond, very polite, and very professional. Quit trying to coat hanger your way back into your car and call the man.

He was able to skillfully and efficiently open the door to our rental uhual we had locked ourselves out. I was locked outside my room inside my apartment, and the apartment told me that for a $75 fee, they could help me tomorrow at the earliest. Luckily my roommate gave me the idea of hiring a locksmith to help instead. This guy charged me $60 to help and arrived in about 30 mins after I asked for help. He was very friendly and understanding, and was able to get my door open in about 15 mins. My lock is still in good condition and even after a $10 tip the service costs less than what I would've paid, and I was able to sleep in my bed tonight. 10/10 would recommend.
